The world is being taken over by the government and the Elite of the world. They are trying to set up a police state and control the population. There is only one person that can save the world ... you! Make an army of citizens protest the governments evil doing. Next thing you know they will try to censor the Internet!

This is packaged as a whole game and comes with the required MegaGlest version.

Started a new game in GAE 0.3.2, and on selecting Police State it crashes. Will have a look at the files and see if I can spot what's up.

Yes, there was a slight bug. It is fixed now, and packaged as a whole tech-tree.

Gameplay: just 2 thing really annoyed me:

1 you start with -70 fiat. that takes forever to get out of the initial hole! (maybe this is another symbol but its still a pain)

2 The sound that the elite car makes all the time is gets irritating fast. Then again the Cooperate elites are annoying as well so I guess it fits

btw fiat cost nothing to make is that intentional?

The vid is fantastic, very much like a trailer. Am I seeing formations functionality ??

Constructive criticism: Some of the buildings generally look like they need more work on the skins, like the white house looks like it's cut from a single block of uniform white styrofoam.

Also the sounds in the trailer are very good man! I hope that when I get around to playing the actual mod the sounds will be so nice. And I think an urban tileset would make this so much better.

The guys in red shirts have signs protesting the police (witch damages them), cameramen take pictures of the "evidence" for proof/documentaries (witch damages them).

I imagine flame thrower would be quite useful if they tried to set up a smelly tent village or something

Don't worry, I was only joking. I think you've got a really interesting game idea here.

One unit idea might be a police state special unit based on the idea of government censoring. Using attack boost, it could reduce the attack power and sight of enemy (republic) megaphones and cameras within a certain range. Maybe it could be mounted on a van.
