There should be an ability to send a private message to someone by typing
/pm name message text or by clicking a button on the (currently imaginary) list of users (which should contain also buttons for voting about
muting/kicking a user).
Sometimes I need to discuss something with someone and I want to avoid a public or team chat (where are other users).
This would be really great.
