Multiplayer - an option to assign a player a different player number

It would be really great to allow the owner of a game room to move someone to another player (the best solution would be using a drop down menu*). Some players do not speak english very well or are AFK for a long time - the one who is in controll of the game should be allowed to do switch their position. This function should be implemented on headless servers as well.

*When the game room is full, players cannot switch their positions unless someone leaves.
