[fixed] r3148: Restored scenarios have units + buildings doubled

Atze pointed out (and I just reproduced this) that when you create a savegame of the Amazons scenario, then restore / load it, you end up with 4 castles (two owned by you, two owned by an ally) instead of two (one owned by you, one owned by an ally). However, not just buildings are duplicated, all your units are, too. This only seems to happen with scenarios.
