[fixed] save game: Terrain is not saved

When you build in MG the terrain is flattened so the building fits to the ground. This state of the ground is not stored in a savegame.

now its saved and restored, but something is missing :/
- units are in the ground ( where they stand on the lifted ground before )

- the unit in the ground cannot move!
- other units cannot walk there ( see second screenshot )
