MegaGlest Translation Portuguese "Update to 3.7.1"

Update Portuguese translation for MegaGlest version 3.6.0.3, corrected English text into Portuguese of the new menus added in version 3.6.0. This update because it is perceived that the game menus have changed and nobody has translated them with the version. I have some questions on how I can update my translation along with new versions of MegaGlest therefore seen as a new menu changes, load game / saved game, I contribute to my translation comes along with new changes.

Thanks for the scenario translations, Victor. I just added them - sorry it took so long.
What's actually more important than scenario translations are those of the tutorials, and although we've always had a couple players speaking portuguese, I just realised we don't have the tutorials translated, yet. Could you also work on those?

One more doubt how do I keep my translations along with updates MegaGlest '. It is possible to translate information from the faction? "Gold and stone and wood is in English." for example: here is in English and has no way to Battlemage translate information of the factions?

Create the reference lng file from the code I posted and translate. It will work in the next release.

I found that one translation key (there can be more) is missing in your translation:
NetworkUnassigned is available in data/lang/english.lng but missing in data/lang/portuguese.lng.

Please follow the recommendations of the translation guide. You could add those which are missing now, or you can subscribe to the megaglest-translators mailing list and wait until we call for translations for the release (we normally do this when we are approaching a release and do not plan to add new translation keys).

Thanks for your updates, Victor. Since at least one of the pastebin posts was about to expire, I've reviewed and applied your improvements already. As discussed on IRC yesterday, unless there's a larger batch of improvements (not just 3 or so changed strings), let's postpone the next commit to when we call for translations or are preparing a pre-release version.

First of all I wanted to talk a bit about adding a new Translation "lng". I'm kind of against it because it would be unnecessary to another translation, the changes that just do not change much from the original Portuguese, I do not know what the Portuguese translator prorposítos this, but do another translation would have to also copy the tutorial files for Portuguese portugues_BR, which would have no significant change in .lng, but I'll leave that in your hands it chooses what do you think best. Here are translated according to the updated version 3.7.1 and some spelling corrections in the turorial:

Please register for a free account on Transifex and submit your translations there (this is what everyone else has been doing for the last two releases, too).
