Network lag

I commited a change that forces the server player to wait for clients that are lagging to catch up (in smaller bursts). I tried a game with 6 of us on LAN and no out of synch and we finished the game on low end hardware.

Please try out svn and let me know what you think?

Hello softcoder this is very good! it is evident that MegaGlest has many problems with lag, seriously good we can reduce this amount of lag in the game, thanks, I have not tested yet, but soon I'll test it with my colleagues in the game.

That change will fix my short freeze problems? im waiting to play again :P

Im a little currious, this should help Network lag produced by machines with low hardware specs right?, because testing lag on a lan dosnt really do much, as no game should lag on a 100 Mb connection. (Lanspeed).
