I not have good English... 
firstly select the "Worker"s and gather some resurces by right clicking on the gold, stone or wood. select the main building to build other workers.
if you have enough resurces you could build barraks, this is the buildin where you can train soldiers.
you can build another buildings, to units upgrade, or for better units.
