Does MegaGlest support shaders? [A: No]
« on: 18 September 2012, 20:37:57 »
As per this quote:
Also does MG support shaders? my copy has a folder of shader files in core/data/shaders.
I don't seem to recall any mention of shaders recently. My very old version 3.6.0.3 has the same folder, and I was curious. If MegaGlest does support shaders, does it support (or plan to support) normal maps, specular maps, luminosity maps, etc?

The shaders were for md5 models (which are being deprecated because of reasons already mentioned). We did not specifically yet add any new support for the afore mentioned items, and likely anything like that will have to wait for another release as we are trying to prepare for a new release by getting all of the current features stable.
