Just figured i'd mention, based on the texture, at least, it appears to be Gameboy's old Elf Archer. I'll check the whole model out later but it does look like one of Gameboy's textures

Indeed it is. The model is a retextured mix of the "galadrim archer" and Tech's archer.

You can see a hint of the original hair in the retext. ProfEclipse, you should note that while retextured models are allowed, the elves mod is licensed under CC-BY-SA, which means that you must credit the original author (gAMeboy) when distributing "remixed" (modified) media. As well, that model is based on the Tech "archer" unit, created by the Glest Team, and is also licensed under CC-BY-SA.

Basically, give credit where it is due.
