Ksp21 is from Brazil and doesn't speak english. Unless someone translates, this won't get very far. Apparently, though, this is just a question asking what can be done about this exception (which not just s/he has run into). It is, as such, just a [duplicate].

For what it's worth, it's not like ksp21 could not play at all - I just played a complete game with her / him online (theoretically this could have been on a different computer, though).
