IM HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE FRCUNCEY, THE DEFAULT FRCUENCY IS 75MHZ BUT IF I RUN IT SCREEN TURN OFF .... SO WAT CAN I DO???

you mean frequency, don't you?

and so what is the problem - if the frequency is wrong for your monitor (which i think is very unlikely), just change it in the glest.ini

are you sure that the problem has no other reasons perhaps graphics card?
