[fixed] setupBuildDeps.sh and Linux Mint 15

I've activated, in r4518, support for Linux Mint 15 build dependencies based on Linux Mint 14 and earlier. Please test whether the setupBuildDeps.sh script runs fine on this system now and report back whether the dependencies installed seem sufficient (or any are superfluous).
