megaglest on linux

Hi, i' m using linux (ubuntu), the latest version, but the only megaglest version avaliable is the 3.6.0. Which kind of linux can i use to play megaglest 3.9.0 ? Thanks.

Generally, each one, but ...
you have to download game's installer or "snapshot", links are here: github, or in last resort here ("old files' storage"): sourceforge, and then "use" them.
 
If you know and like MegaGlest then you may want to have access to the latest dev version (which is still compatible with 3.9.0) then you have to compile it from source what isn't difficult. Informations about it, are here: getting code and linux compiling

However, if it comes about Linux distributions then (from known to me) OpenSuse has always (with a slight delay) up to date packages, it have even beta versions :).
