[fixed in git][3.9.1] - Volcanic Island can't be downloaded in lobby

Volcanic Island tileset can't be downloaded in lobby, only in Game Mods

How to reproduce it ?
I tried it several times without problems.

You use headless server for this ?

Sorry for not explaining well.
If someone without Volcanic Island tileset installed, connects to Headless , and tileset is set to "Volcanic Island" , the window prompts , tries to install , some error displays that "*failed to install*".
The only way to install is through Game Mods.

I tried it with the headless server too ( the git version ) and got no problems.

If it is easy to reproduce for you, can you give me the terminal output or at least a screenshot of the error ?

I remember once i reported ingame , you suspected "CRC mismatch" or something.
