hi I am new to modding and i need aid whit modifi a xml file can anyone tell me how i do pleas?  ?

Step #1. Open with notepad.

Step #2. Edit away.

Step #3. Fix bugs.

I now wonder if it exist a program to make moddels for glest if it dos can anyone tell me wear i can get it?(I realy want to mod about evry aspect of  the game  :?:

Yes, there is an exporter for 3ds max. But 3ds max is very expensive.
There is a script(look here: python script for blender(freebie to download from http://blender.org/ ).
But it currently only supports import. And it seems there is no development anymore.
