Here are the files.

Single file, the entire magitech directory.

http://http://www.filefactory.com/get/f.php?f=8d2f923921bc22c865480496

Alternate download.  3 seperate files.

http://http://rapidshare.de/files/7736685/magitech.zip.html

The above is the Resource folder and magitech XML file.

http://http://rapidshare.de/files/7737255/tech.zip.html

The above file is the Tech folder.

http://http://rapidshare.de/files/7739480/magic.zip.html

And last, the magic folder.

Back up, extract, copy and paste.

Game Play Adjuster's Notes:

Code: [Select]
-Reduced HP to both Magic and Tech but not Tech farm animals.
-Reduced damage to both Magic and Tech.
-Changed level system and added more levels.
-Added Undead to Magic.
-Added Stone Thrower to Magic.
-Added Mage Turret to Magic.
-Added Mage Fortress to Magic.
-Added Adept to Magic.
-Added Greater Energy Source to Magic.
-Added Dark Portal to Magic.  Model and texture courtesy of toph!
-Added Dark Armor to Magic.
-Added upgrade Magic Eye to Magic.
-Added Metallurgist to Magic.  He doesn't do anything.  At some point I hope to have him mine Mythril.
-Added Great Dragon to Magic.
-Reduced the Giant Daemon's speed.
-Made the Golem heartier.
-Changed the Dragon so that it breathes fire rather than fire balls. (However, the animation is silly (think butterfly), if anyone could help with this that would be great).
-Increased the Dragon's Energy and build time requirement.
-Added a meeting point to the Summoner's commands.  Trying to select the monsters from around her was getting annoying.
-Added more armor and weapon classes.
-Changed the damage modifiers.
-Changed up the textures for the Undead, Stone Thrower, Mage Tower and Mage Turret to help distinguish between.
-Changed Gold to Iron.
-Partially added Mythril.  However I can't figure out how to add some to a map so there's no Mythril to be harvested!
-Increased the resources.
-Increased Stone resource amount.
-Decreased Magic Armor armor level.
-Increased Magic Armor energy requirement,
-Increased Battle Mage energy requirement.
-Increased Archmage energy requirement.

Nothing has been touched for Tech (except to modify the resources due to changing gold to iron).  Until someone comes up with a decent AI it will have to remain this way or the game isn't very playable.

Enjoy, and as always, please leave feedback!

Put like I posted before it has ALOT of bugs so heres some advice:

DO NOT click yes to all when it says there is the same XML file in that directory.

***Edit.

Ok, I think I know what the problem is.  You should move your own magitech folder somewhere else and then put these modded files in their place.  Otherwise files (such as gold) are going to remain mixed with the modded files and this will present a conflict.
