How can I crate my own tech tree ?

I am quite new here.
And I am intrested in creating my own techtree,with my own textures and animations(mind that but I will maybe also use some of your's...) .I may be dumb but I really have no idea what programs to use.Please integrate me into the development and the game's engine.
