Cross-platform compiling

I found I'm Cross! used to compile Windows and Mac programs on Linux and also create installers. Even if we don't use that InstallJammer looks good.

Seriously, that's cool!  I'll have to look at this when I have the time.  I've considered writing some type of script to run the msvc++ build on my linux box from wine (just copying over a few of the command line .exe files from 2008 Express Edition and running them with a shell script).  But a real solution would be better.  An installer will make a lot of people happy! :)
