MorphToMusic-(Playlist)
« on: 14 September 2010, 01:58:52 »
Hi Guys,

i have a new idea,
a new system for the music system:

with this system can the user controls many playlists currently in the game.

i think follow:
first we must have a playlist system in Megaglest like GAE 0.3 ;).....

[second my idea]

when its done, then connect the playlist Function , with the morph command(skill)

what i think:

if the game starts, then initialize the music(playlist)-(music from playlist starts)
a building has a morph command, try the morph button ..
when morph its done, then stop the old playlist(currently playlist) , and
start the next Playlist, so we can have a many of various Music Playlists ;)
everything you would need, a special XML file required for playlists.

short: the function its a normaly morph command/skill connected with the playlist.
and we can control that currently in the game.

Hi Guys,

i make a new topic , the second thread

i have a new idea,

but, thats idea works only with the playlist function from my first thread.

i think follow:

playlist: 1. friendly ,2. war, 3. losing

if the game starts, the beginn with friendly playlist,
first, in the friendly playlist plays normaly village music
then, when collision to a enemy unit, stops the friendly music,
and plays the second (playlist) war). the music (playlist)  ends first when
the war has end, third its, the enemy has a good chance to win, then stops,
the normaly war music , and plays the third (playlist) losing), in this playlists only defeat sounds.

it think follow:

a first XML where its for the [friendly playlist] (gamestartplaylist)
a second XML where its for the [war playlist]
a third XML file where its for the [losing playlist]

this function can works only with my first idea ;)

short: thats idea must connected with the morph command see this topic : https://forum.megaglest.org/index.php?topic=5892.0
