Translations suggestions + updated czech.lng file

-In the dialog saying "You win/lose!, Exit Game?" is a comma between two strings*. I think that comma should be removed.
-It seems that first letters in words displayed as a description of units and buildings are capitalized. In the czech translation it looks weird. So I suggest you to remove the capitalization.
-I noticed that I cannot write "ď" and "ě" in the chat. (I usually do not do it, so you do not have to fix it - but I just want you to know).
